Compliance and Monitoring** * Conduct and analyze compliance with critical internal procedures, identifying and reporting deviations. * Availability for business travel * Identify and assess risks. * Conduct effective control and risk assessments. * Recommend improvements to internal processes. * Collaborate with other teams to implement continuous improvement solutions. * Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. * Prepare detailed compliance analysis reports. * Present compliance conclusions and identify ways to enhance compliance and efficiency. * Draft and periodically review internal policies and regulations related to the scope of work, proposing necessary improvements. * Respond to inquiries, providing relevant guidance and clarifications related to the role. * Map, monitor, and analyze departmental KPIs, presenting performance reports to leadership. * Actively monitor action plans arising from compliance analyses, audits (internal and external), and the risk management process, tracking implementation of required improvements. **2\. Policies, Culture, and Training** * Periodically draft and review internal policies and regulations, proposing updates and improvements aligned with market best practices and current legislation. * Develop and deliver effective training on internal regulations, compliance culture, and ethics for employees, partners, and suppliers. * Actively contribute to implementing and continuously improving the organization’s Compliance Management System, monitoring the execution of corrective actions. **3\. Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)** * Support mapping all internal procedures involving personal data processing. * Draft formal responses to data subjects, coordinating the collection of supporting information and documentation from business units. **4\. Risk Management and Advisory Support** * Provide advisory support to business units in implementing and monitoring risk management tools and methodologies. * Respond to internal inquiries, offering technical guidance and clarifications on Governance, Compliance, and Data Protection topics. * Coordinate and draft responses to due diligence questionnaires from new partners and suppliers. **Requirements for this Position:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law or related fields, with a Postgraduate Degree/Specialization in Compliance, Governance, or Risk Management. * Proven solid experience in roles related to: + - Compliance programs and internal controls. - Internal audit routines. - Governance in privacy and personal data protection (LGPD). - Risk management * Technical Knowledge: * + In-depth knowledge of the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709). + Knowledge of the Anti-Corruption Law (Law No. 12,846/2013) and its regulatory decree. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Knowledge of project management and related methodologies. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking). * Recognized certifications in Compliance (e.g., CPC-A, CCB). * Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools. **Our Benefits:** **️ Meal and Food Allowance:** We provide the flexible **Ticket Flex** card, usable for meal and food purchases at any establishment accepting the Ticket brand.
