Job Summary: Lead the structuring, implementation, and academic management of online courses, defining portfolios, coordinating content, and monitoring indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Academic Development Coordinator – Online Courses São Caetano do Sul – SP (On-site) Business Hours (to be agreed upon) **Responsibilities:** * Lead the structuring of academic and operational proposals for online courses; * Coordinate the implementation and academic management, ensuring quality, scalability, and a positive student experience; * Define training portfolios and learning pathways, considering demand, feasibility, and strategic alignment; * Coordinate content curation and updates, teaching methodologies, and digital educational resources; * Monitor and analyze academic and operational indicators (prospecting, conversion, dropout, engagement, retention, performance, and satisfaction); * Collaborate cross-functionally with academic, regulatory, marketing, sales, technology, finance, and scholarship teams; * Support access, retention, and inclusion strategies aligned with CEBAS requirements; * Propose continuous improvements to the student journey and the academic-operational model for online education; * Establish processes, governance, cadence, and quality standards for operations. **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Graduate degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Education, Management, or related disciplines. **Experience:** * Proven experience in implementing, managing, or expanding online courses; * Experience with large-scale operations, preferably in educational institutions or educational groups; * Knowledge of academic design, learning pathways, and content curation; * Ability to analyze academic and operational indicators for decision-making; * Skill in cross-functional collaboration across academic, administrative, and commercial areas; * Structuring profile, capable of organizing processes, governance, and quality standards. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with accreditation, regulation, and operation of online undergraduate programs; * Experience with access, retention, scholarship policies, and CEBAS; * Experience in launching new portfolios or expanding online education offerings; * Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design, and hybrid teaching models; * Familiarity with content and educational technology (EdTech) partnerships. **Desired Competencies:** * Strategic and systemic vision; * Execution capability focused on scale and quality; * Process organization and structuring; * Clear communication and cross-functional influence; * Analytical and data-driven profile; * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement.
