If you possess strong technical knowledge, deep understanding of HR processes, and passion for solving complex problems, this role is for you! **Responsibilities** * Configure, maintain, and enhance the SAP HCM Payroll (PY) module for our clients. * Create and adjust schemas, rules (PCRs), tables, and events. * Conduct impact analyses, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Address and correct eSocial inconsistencies (periodic and non-periodic). * Provide payroll closing support: monthly, vacation, 13th salary, terminations, and statutory contributions. * Develop and validate functional specifications for enhancements and integrations. * Support integrations with FI/CO, Time Management, SuccessFactors/EC, and other related modules. * Participate in AMS support improvement projects. * Document processes and provide support to clients’ HR and IT departments. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience with SAP HCM – Brazilian Payroll (PY) – minimum 10 years. * Proficiency in schemas, rules (PCRs), Process Model, and clusters. * Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and statutory contributions. * Experience with testing, validation, and operational support. * SAP HCM certification. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Payroll Control Center (PCC). * Participation in S/4HANA projects and/or support. * Experience in high-volume employee environments with complex payroll processes. * Familiarity with demand management tools (e.g., Multidados, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.). * Practical experience with eSocial (monitoring and error correction). * Ability to read and interpret ABAP code. **Valued Soft Skills** * Strong communication and clarity in translating requirements. * Analytical thinking and solution orientation. * Organization, attention to detail, and autonomy. * Proactivity and ability to collaborate effectively.
