Job Summary: Alloha Fibra is seeking a Senior Systems Developer to develop and maintain Java applications, participate in solution design, and ensure delivery quality. Key Highlights: 1. We’d love to meet you! \#whatshappeningonourfiber \#fiberteam **Responsibilities and Duties** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Systems Developer. * Develop and maintain Java applications with Spring Boot. * Participate in solution design — whether building new features, developing proof-of-concepts, or deeply analyzing and solving problems. * Participate in code reviews and ensure application quality. * Contribute to improving development processes. * Deliver high-quality applications meeting both functional and non-functional requirements. * Provide system support and monitor incident resolution for systems under your responsibility. * Follow company processes and standards for system changes, including internal ticket creation, demand defense in change committees, and implementation oversight with vendors and partners. * Ensure documentation updates and knowledge management for systems, maintaining alignment between designed and implemented solutions throughout development. * Enjoy sharing knowledge with the team and supporting colleagues’ professional growth. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Java developer. * Advanced knowledge of Spring. * Experience building solutions with relational databases (e.g., MySQL and PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB and DynamoDB). * Experience building RESTful APIs. * Experience with Docker. * Experience with messaging systems, preferably RabbitMQ. * Solid object-oriented programming knowledge. * Desired: Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Kong, Konga, Kafka. * Desired: Experience with project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall). * Desired: Experience with AWS/GCP.
