Join Onset!!! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Master Data Management (MDM):** * Oversee the creation, updating, and maintenance of master data in SAP, including customers, vendors, materials, cost centers, general ledger accounts, and other relevant objects. * Ensure data standardization, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. * Develop and implement data governance processes, ensuring best practices in MDM. * Monitor and correct inconsistencies and errors in SAP Master Data. * Resolve inconsistencies and errors in SAP, ensuring database integrity. **Leadership and Team Management:** * Coordinate and develop the Master Data team, delivering training and capacity-building on data governance and SAP best practices. * Assign tasks, define priorities, and ensure adherence to deadlines and established SLAs for the area. * Serve as the liaison between Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Compliance departments, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of master data processes. **Process Optimization:** * Define and monitor data quality KPIs, proposing continuous improvement actions. * Define data governance strategies and implement policies and procedures to ensure integrity and compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * 3–5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams. * Strong hands-on experience with SAP MDG and SAP modules: MM, SD, FI, and CO. * Knowledge of data integration across systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). * Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL. * Knowledge of data governance and compliance (LGPD, GDPR, SOX). * Preferred: Experience with RPA, automation, and machine learning. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or IT. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA (Data, IT, or Project Management). **Certifications and Desired Knowledge:** * Data governance, process and project management (PMP, Scrum, Agile). * Big Data, Analytics, ERP, and Digital Transformation. **Languages:** * Fluent English. **Additional Information** Employment Type: CLT Location: Santo André/SP Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM We are an IT & Communications (Information Technology) services company capable of meeting all your enterprise IT needs.
