Join Onset!!! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Create, update, and maintain master data in SAP (e.g., materials, customers, vendors, cost centers, general ledger accounts, etc.). * Ensure data governance, quality, integrity, and compliance per internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Identify and correct inconsistencies, ensuring information reliability. * Drive continuous improvement of master data management processes. * Collaborate with departments including finance, accounting, procurement, supply chain, and IT. * Support internal and external audits with master data reports and information. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Prior experience with master data in SAP or other ERP systems. * Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance. * Analytical mindset for problem solving and process improvement. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields. * Proficiency in MS Office. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO). * Advanced Excel and tools such as Power BI and SQL. * Intermediate English. * Database knowledge. **Additional Information** Employment Type: CLT Location: Santo André Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM We are an IT & C (Information Technology) services company capable of meeting all your company’s IT needs.
