​Responsibilities ​Production Support: Actively assist in the preparation and large-scale production of artisanal doughs and sauces. ​Assembly and Standards: Assemble and top pizzas with extreme attention to detail, ensuring correct weighing of ingredients and impeccable presentation required by the establishment. ​Oven Operation: Assist in baking and monitoring the electric conveyor oven, ensuring proper doneness of dough and cheese. ​Delivery Efficiency: Focus on speed and efficiency to meet delivery time targets, organizing orders by priority. ​Mise en Place and Organization: Perform pre-preparation, cutting, slicing, and portioning of ingredients. ​Hygiene: Proactively maintain daily cleaning, organization, and sanitation of the workstation and utensils. ​Requirements ​Proven experience as a Kitchen Assistant or Pizza Maker, with practical exposure and pace oriented toward delivery operations. ​Highly detail-oriented profile (meticulous pizza assembly and order verification). ​Proactive attitude, anticipating needs of the pizza assembly station during peak hours. ​Physical and mental agility to work under time-based goals (delivery timer). ​Residence in Praia Grande/SP. ​Work Schedule ​6x1 rotating shift (1 day off per week + 1 Sunday off per month). ​Sunday to Thursday: 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM. ​Friday and Saturday: 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM. ​Additional Benefits ​Salary: To be negotiated. ​Commission / Productivity Bonus (focused on delivery targets). ​Transportation allowance. ​On-site meals.
