**Activities** * Schedule and track import containers; * Monitor maritime shipment status and estimated arrival times; * Update logistics controls and internal systems; * Schedule container pickups, returns, and deliveries; * Follow up on processes with shipping lines, port terminals, and transport companies; * Verify import documentation, delivery notes, and warehousing records; * Identify potential delays and take preventive action to minimize impacts; * Prepare operational reports and logistics KPIs; * Maintain daily communication with suppliers, internal clients, and logistics partners. **Education** * Currently pursuing or completed bachelor's degree in: * Logistics, International Trade, or Business Administration; **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP/integrated system knowledge is desirable; **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Agility in problem solving; * Proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team; **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Mauá, SP, BR Full-time CLT On-site
