Learn more at: https://www.rosewoodhotels.com/pt/sao\-paulo **What We Are Looking For:** A dynamic and service-oriented professional eager to assume the role of Kitchen Assistant at our hotel, renowned for delivering memorable experiences to our guests and clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation and portioning according to hotel standards * Organize and maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, utensils, and equipment * Support plating and mise en place * Inspect and store ingredients following food hygiene and safety standards * Ensure food quality and presentation meet excellence standards * Collaborate with the team, maintaining clear communication and professional conduct **Key Requirements:** * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar roles for at least 4 years in professional kitchens, pastry shops, or bakeries. * Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques * Familiarity with food hygiene and safety standards (ANVISA) * Agility, organizational skills, and attention to detail * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well * Professional demeanor and discretion, consistent with luxury hospitality standards
