Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and managing construction projects, ensuring execution in accordance with the schedule and design, quality control, and team management. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring construction execution according to schedule and design 2. Controlling the final product quality delivered to the client 3. Managing internal teams and third-party contractors Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required. Minimum of 1 year of field experience on construction sites. Must reside in Santos-SP. This is a 100% on-site position. Monitoring construction execution according to schedule and design; verifying material deliveries; preparing general construction control spreadsheets; controlling the final product quality delivered to the client; daily site reports; supporting the project's responsible engineer in meeting demands and targets; reading and interpreting engineering drawings; operating AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite; managing internal teams and third-party contractors.
