Description

Job Summary: Responsible for verifying safety documentation, occupational health and safety (OHS) programs, qualification certificates, and employee onboarding, as well as conducting training sessions and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS). Key Highlights: 1. Active involvement in managing occupational health and safety programs and documentation. 2. Leadership in developing and delivering Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS). 3. Essential role in onboarding new employees and training on safety regulations. Verify the existence and validity of documentation related to ASO, PGR, and PCMSO, as well as mandatory complementary medical examinations, PPE and engineering control records. Be accountable for occupational health and safety programs (PGR, PCMSO, PCMAT, and LTCAT); Request, review, and validate professional qualification certificates according to legal requirements. Prepare a weekly report on safety-related incidents for the Safety Coordination team; Develop/prepare preventive and educational Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), aligned with project progress and site-specific needs, delivering them at the start of each work shift, except under exceptional circumstances; Onboard direct or indirect MO personnel regarding workplace safety regulations. Review technical documentation (e.g., procedure development, risk assessments, and work permits); Conduct training on safety regulations and procedures; Familiarity with NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards) and relevant legislation is desirable. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Completed technical course in Occupational Health and Safety; It is essential that the candidate resides in the city or surrounding region due to the requirement for 100% on-site presence and daily attendance; Relevant experience meeting the stated requirements and within the Construction industry is mandatory.
