Job Summary: Professional responsible for cleaning and maintaining indoor and outdoor environments using specific equipment and products. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor environments 2. Use of specialized cleaning equipment and products 3. Organization and sanitization of various types of surfaces Perform cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor environments Clean floors, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and pantries Collect garbage and restock hygiene supplies Sanitize surfaces, glass, furniture, and equipment Organize environments according to established standards Proper use of cleaning products, PPEs, and equipment Support periodic cleaning tasks (deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or maintenance cleaning, as applicable): Floor washer (automatic or semi-automatic) Industrial floor buffer (low- and high-speed) Vacuum cleaner for dry and wet debris Polisher Extractor (for carpets, upholstery, and rugs) Wet, dry, and dust mops Functional cleaning cart Correct application of chemical products (dilution, usage, and storage) Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) Desired Education: Elementary School (1st level) * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Transportation Allowance
