




Job Summary: Supervise third-party companies in electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, diesel, and special systems, ensuring compliance with design documents and safety standards, as well as resolving technical issues and conducting tests. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of third-party companies across various construction site installations 2. Technical problem resolution and test monitoring 3. Work in civil construction and study of installation project designs Supervise third-party companies for electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, diesel, and special systems on-site, ensuring execution in accordance with technical drawings, safety regulations, and quality standards; read and interpret technical drawings; prepare technical reports for the area; Resolve technical problems arising during work execution; Monitor tests to ensure proper functionality prior to handover; Study project designs and define strategies in alignment with the Installation Engineer; Guide third-party companies in field service execution; Identify improvements and guide the site’s electrical maintenance team; Study descriptive specifications for electrical, telecommunications, and similar projects; Field measurement of quantities installed by installation contractors; On-site verification of conformity between as-built and designed conditions; Review and monitor daily construction reports (RDO); Monitor tests involving cabling, panels, lighting systems, and outlets; Monitor tests involving electrical equipment (motors and HVAC equipment). **Requirements:** NR 10 certification; SEP; **Education:** Bachelor's or technical degree in Electrical Engineering; Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical networks; Experience in hydraulic installations (cold and hot water, sewage, rainwater, fire hydrant and sprinkler networks, pumping systems); Experience in special installations such as CCTV, fire alarm systems (SDAI), data networks, and automation; Experience in the Civil Construction sector.
