We value professionals with an owner’s mindset, organizational skills, proactivity, and a focus on excellence—those who wish to grow alongside the company. ### **About the Quality Department** The Quality Department directly monitors construction standards and ensures compliance with technical standards and internal processes, guaranteeing excellence in project execution. The team is responsible for ensuring service compliance, overseeing technological controls, and supporting continuous field-process improvement. ### **Responsibilities** * Conduct site inspections, monitoring execution and managerial processes; * Monitor technological control tests; * Verify construction compliance with the PCT (Technical Construction Plan); * Ensure compliance with PBQP-H and ISO 9001 requirements; * Inspect on-site service execution; * Interpret drawings, technical specifications, and standards; * Conduct visits and travel between different construction sites. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in quality assurance on construction sites; * Knowledge of construction technological control; * Experience with construction services and execution phases; * Familiarity with day-to-day construction site operations; * Proficiency in Excel and Word; * Ability to interpret drawings and technical standards; * Willingness to travel between construction sites; * Preferred: prior experience working on construction sites. ### **Selection Process Stages** **Registration and Screening** – Review of submitted information and alignment verification with the profile. **Interview with People & Management** – Discussion regarding professional background, skills, and expectations. **Interview with Department Managers** – Technical evaluation and alignment with position requirements. **Join Metrocasa!** Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
