You will join a growing data team with autonomy to propose technologies, architectures, and best practices. Here, data is central to the strategy—not just support. * Design and implement scalable and reliable data pipelines. * Model data for analytics, BI, and data products. * Build and maintain cloud-based data lakes and data warehouses. * Ensure data quality, governance, and security. * Optimize query and ingestion process performance. * Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams. * Document solutions and disseminate data engineering best practices. Hybrid work model \- South Zone/SP Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience as a Data Engineer. * Advanced SQL proficiency and fluency in one programming language (Python or Scala). * Hands-on experience with data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and orchestration. * Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Knowledge of data lakes, data warehouses, and dimensional modeling. * Best practices in version control, testing, and CI/CD for data. * English proficiency for technical reading and interaction with documentation/teams. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with tools such as Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or dbt. * Prior work in real-time/streaming data environments. * Knowledge of data governance and catalogs (Data Catalog). * Experience working in hybrid teams and product-oriented cultures.
