Description * Develop and implement strategies to achieve objectives aligned with the company’s overall goals; * Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment; * Analyze team performance, encourage professional growth, propose corrective actions, and continuous improvement plans; * Manage the operational area budget, optimize resources, and ensure operational profitability; * Establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and partners; * Ensure process standardization and application of best practices; Desired Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in related areas will be considered an advantage; * Experience in leadership roles within the field, preferably in laboratory analysis sectors; * Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies focused on results and growth; * Analytical capability and data interpretation skills for strategic decision-making; * Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills; * Inspirational leadership and ability to motivate and develop high-performance teams; * Results-oriented mindset and proactivity; * Willingness to travel — Rio de Janeiro units; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
