Lead and inspire the team: guide, motivate, and ensure the best experience for customers. Monitor financial results: track sales, manage cash handling, and support cost and labor management. Support operational activities: when necessary, work hands-on alongside the team. Organize restaurant routines: opening, closing, daily reconciliations, and briefings. Ensure compliance: uphold internal policies and labor laws. Develop talent: train, guide, and contribute to team growth.
