Job Summary: Responsible for supervising shifts, leading and inspiring the team, monitoring financial performance, and supporting operational activities to ensure quality and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise shifts and ensure efficiency and quality for each order. 2. Lead and inspire the team to deliver the best customer experience. 3. Support operational activities and organize restaurant routines. **Supervise shifts:** monitor production, sales, and ensure efficiency and quality for each order. **Lead and inspire the team:** guide, motivate, and ensure the best experience for customers. **Monitor financial performance:** track sales, manage cash handling, and support cost and labor management. **Support operational activities:** roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team when needed. **Organize restaurant routines:** opening, closing, inventory checks, and daily briefings. **Ensure compliance:** uphold internal policies and labor laws. **Develop talent:** train, mentor, and contribute to team growth.
