Ensuring food quality and adhering to good practices * Perform culinary tasks, such as preparing mise en place according to menu requirements; * Assist in preparing dishes according to customer orders specified on the ticket; * Avoid food waste; * Ensure food quality by checking expiration dates and proper storage; * Assist in preparing buffet dishes according to technical sheets and standardized photos; * Prepare basic sauces; * Assist other cooks; * Prepare cold appetizers; * Assist in dessert preparation; * Follow the Procedures Manual and Good Practices; * Perform other related tasks.
