We are committed to preventing all forms of discrimination and to providing all our candidates with equal opportunities regardless of their gender and gender expression, disability, origin, religious belief and sexual orientation or any other criteria. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations and RFQs, perform comparative analyses, and present recommendations considering price, basic TCO, risks, and quality. * Support negotiations and formalizations, including purchase order issuance, standard drafts, schedules, and SLAs. * Administer contracts, ensuring control over validity periods, milestones, amendments, and documentary compliance. * Update and maintain databases and reports, including spend, KPIs, and statuses of RFQs and contracts. * Register suppliers (data, tax, and banking information), verify documentation, and support the homologation process (EGS). * Interact\-with internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and scope alignment. **Prerequisites** * Bachelor’s degree completed. * 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement. * Knowledge of RFQs, comparative analyses, contracts, and basic TCO. * Intermediate/advanced Excel; ERP experience; basic BI knowledge. * Desired competencies: organization, attention to detail, effective communication, collaboration, and results orientation. **Apply now and Vibe with Us!**
