We are seeking a creative and results-oriented **Logistics Analyst** to join our team in **Embu das Artes, São Paulo**. **Your Responsibilities as a Logistics Analyst**: Pandora’s Operations team is tasked with delighting our end consumers through fast and accurate service. This role carries direct responsibility for third-party distribution of e-commerce and retail orders. It will be critical to support Pandora’s exciting growth in Brazil and ensure we fulfill our customer promise. * Ensure fulfillment of the customer promise through strategic alignment and continuous collaboration with Operations, IT, Merchandising, and e\-commerce. * Lead and strengthen partnerships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), ensuring high service levels, operational efficiency, and governance. Establish management cadence with the 3PL, including daily operations monitoring and proactive risk resolution. * Ensure order flow integrity (creation, dispatch, and receipt), minimizing errors, delays, and customer impact. * Govern operational and service-level KPIs, ensuring visibility, accountability, and execution of continuous improvement plans. * Monitor inventory accuracy and cancellation rates, ensuring data reliability and operational excellence. * Work onsite at the Embu das Artes distribution center to maintain proximity to operations and enable rapid decision-making. * Serve as a strategic liaison between offer planning, merchandising, and demand planning. * Lead alignment with 3PLs for promotion execution and new product launches, mitigating operational risks. * Collaborate strategically with Customer Service to analyze root causes of complaints and implement corrective actions. * Drive organizational change initiatives through influence, relationship-building, and alignment with internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and operational standards. Analyze performance, address indicator deviations, and present executive recommendations to improve efficiency and service levels. * Manage operational costs and invoice validation, identifying variances, optimizing expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial targets. * Prepare executive analyses and materials to support leadership and board decisions, including recurring operations and strategic projects. * Lead inventory governance, including cyclic inventory and accuracy controls. * Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers, ensuring balance among cost, lead time, and service level. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in warehouse fulfillment, especially in e-commerce * Strong numerical, logical reasoning, oral, and written communication skills * Practical knowledge of OMS, WMS, ERP systems and inter-system workflows * Comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment, with ability to adapt and develop strategies for success * Relationship-building skills that support effective and transparent working relationships between Pandora and our 3PLs * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, combined with a track record of success in challenging cross-functional environments * Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision * Strong analytical/quantitative skills with ability to interpret data sets and translate them into actionable conclusions * Demonstrate attitude and behavior that support team-oriented working relationships. **Did we catch your attention?** If you identify with this position and would like to be part of Pandora’s future, don’t hesitate to apply.
