Responsibilities: * Wash and cut fruits and vegetables; portion proteins; * Prepare beverages and desserts; * Fry potatoes and assemble sandwiches; * Verify order trays at the counter and for delivery; * Ensure equipment operates properly and that production time and temperature are correct; * Responsible for cleaning equipment, preparation area, and store; * Check and restock supplies in preparation areas; * Strictly adhere to Bullguer’s product quality and standards. Requirements: * High school diploma preferred; * Rotating 6x1 schedule plus one fixed weekly day off; availability to work afternoons/evenings.
