Act as the bridge between strategy, processes, technology, and people—leading initiatives that transform complex challenges into simple, scalable, results-oriented solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, evidence-based decision-making, and responsible adoption of digital solutions. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Master continuous improvement concepts, methods, and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM) and the lifecycle of data- and AI-driven solutions—from problem identification through solution implementation. * Act as a catalyst for operational efficiency and work transformation, leading end-to-end process improvement and redesign—with a focus on reducing manual effort, increasing productivity, and accelerating decision-making. * Identify, structure, and execute concrete opportunities for improvement and automation, leveraging data and Artificial Intelligence as pragmatic tools to solve real business problems—from pain point identification through implementation and value capture. * Translate complex business challenges into actionable digital solutions by connecting strategy, processes, technology, and data—ensuring solutions are simple, scalable, and oriented toward measurable outcomes. * Work cross-functionally across multiple organizational areas, influencing how work is performed, aligning stakeholders, and promoting evidence-based, impact-driven, and feasible decisions. * Build and manage a prioritized portfolio of continuous improvement and AI initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, value focus, return on investment, and continuous delivery of benefits. * Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams and partners—including business, operations, engineering, data, and vendors—to reduce friction and accelerate the cycle from idea to pilot to scale.
