Job Summary: Support in hiring JUNIOR ARCHITECTS to develop and coordinate executive architectural and urban planning projects for the real estate market and social housing. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Development and execution of architectural and urban planning projects for the real estate market and social housing across all phases, with initial focus on Executive Design. * Coordination of architectural projects with complementary disciplines. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning * Advanced AutoCAD * Intermediate/Advanced Revit * Experience developing executive projects for the real estate market * Experience working at architecture firms active in the real estate market * Experience coordinating projects and developing executive designs * Knowledge of urban, building, and technical regulations Working Conditions: * Contract as an Associate * 13th or 14th salary annually, based on the firm’s performance * On-site work in Pinheiros, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 Work Location: Pinheiros/SP Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education: Architecture and Urban Planning, Bachelor's Degree
