Management of material and production flow **Position: Supply Chain Analyst (Logistics)** **Work Location:** Avenida Paulista, 1159 **Work Mode:** On-site **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00 **Salary:** R$ 5.130,00 **Job Description** The Supply Chain Analyst (Logistics) will be responsible for controlling and monitoring supplies, production, and logistics, ensuring efficient material flow, timely delivery, and cost control through integrated collaboration with suppliers, third parties, and internal departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct follow-up on supply deliveries to production and on finished product deliveries; * Request, negotiate, and finalize freight contracts with logistics suppliers (domestic freight); * Issue and record invoices in the Protheus system; * Issue purchase orders in the Protheus system; * Monitor the entire logistics and production process using Excel spreadsheets; * Calculate and finalize costs for finished products, performing revenue comparisons; * Register products and suppliers in the Protheus system; * Plan and control third-party (outsourced) production; * Manage in-house inventory and inventory held by third parties. **Requirements** * Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in the Protheus system; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Analytical, focused, committed, and execution-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
