




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for recruitment and selection of operational positions, onboarding, employee support, and offboarding processes. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct Recruitment and Selection with a focus on operational positions. 2. Handle employee support and onboarding. 3. Support managers in disciplinary actions and audit employee records. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct **Recruitment and Selection** processes, focusing on **operational positions**; * Carry out **operational onboarding** for new employees; * Provide **employee support (T2 and T3\)**; * Administer and follow up on **45-day and 90-day surveys**; * Conduct **exit interviews** and **homologation processes**; * Support managers in implementing **disciplinary actions**; * Perform **employee record audits**; * Monitor and manage **mandatory training programs**. **Location:** Av.
