




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing transportation requests, scheduling shipments, handling customers, ensuring documentary compliance, monitoring deliveries, and supporting logistics departments. Delivery monitoring and KPI tracking Receive and organize pickup and delivery requests sent by e\-mail. Schedule cargo shipments to ports and airports. Handle customers via e\-mail, WhatsApp, and telephone, providing proactive and agile support. Ensure compliance with required transportation documentation. Fill in and update internal operational control spreadsheets and reports requested by customers. Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose improvements. Schedule transportation operations in the company's internal systems (ERP and tracking system). Monitor delivery status in real time and report updates to customers. Support departments involved in the logistics flow: route planning, billing, warehouse, and risk management. Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards in customer service. Ensure compliance with certification procedures. Comply with and ensure compliance with departmental procedures. Participate in customer meetings. Track customer revenue and cost spreadsheet.
