Team collaboration to deliver high-quality service A travel agency in São Paulo is seeking a Customer Service Representative. **Responsibilities:** Welcome customers and visitors to the travel agency in a polite and professional manner. Answer and redirect telephone calls, and respond to customer inquiries. Provide information on travel packages, destinations, hotels, airline tickets, and other services offered by the agency. Assist customers in selecting travel packages and booking services. Perform check-in and check-out for customers arriving at the agency. Keep the reception area clean and well-organized. Accurately and systematically record reservations and customer information. Assist customers with issues or complaints that may arise during their trip. Collaborate with other agency staff to ensure high-quality customer service. Previous experience as a Telemarketing Operator, Receptionist, Sales Assistant, or Store Attendant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate studies required.
