Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** Professional responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the company's IT platforms, using advanced technologies and DevOps practices to ensure a continuous and high-quality experience for internal and external customers, aiming to maintain the integrity and availability of the Organization's critical services and systems. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Develop and implement strategies for automation of operations and proactive system monitoring; * Use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana, automation scripts, and infrastructure as code with Terraform; * Ensure system security and compliance; * Implement security policies, continuous monitoring, and regular audits using AWS security tools and best practices; * Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability practices into development and operations phases; * Use CI/CD practices with Jenkins, continuous integration, and automated testing; * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure and operational processes; * Create and update guides, manuals, and detailed reports using documentation and collaboration tools; * Monitor application performance and system health; * Use dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics with Dynatrace and ELK Stack; * Lead responses to critical incidents and conduct post-incident analyses; * Coordinate incident response teams and use root cause analysis tools. **What are the Requirements?** * Strong skills in IT operations and development, with specific experience in AWS (General Solutions); * Knowledge and experience with tools such as: Dynatrace, Grafana, Terraform, Kubernetes, Jenkins, ELK, Kubernetes or similar; * Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar; * Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, compliance, and AWS security tools; * Familiarity with Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Bitrise, Bitbucket; * Ability to write technical documentation and use tools like Confluence and JIRA; * Experience with APM (Application Performance Monitoring) and observability tools; * Experience in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA) techniques, and tools such as CA SDM and ServiceNow. \#LI\-JF2 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
