Join us and be part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance services on AGCO agricultural equipment, as well as assemble and test equipment upon completion of maintenance; Install, configure, and calibrate automatic steering systems and GPS systems; Interpret diagrams; Maintain CVT transmissions; Accurately record all work performed, downtime, and events in your daily report and follow all recommendations (inspections and maintenance) related to your work vehicle; Administer field services via the Dealer platform and prepare Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license; * Reside in Matupá-MT; * Availability for flexible hours and travel; * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS, AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
