The role will involve diagnosing failures, proposing improvements, preparing reports, and supporting contract and team management. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:** **Responsibilities:** * Support maintenance, installation, and optimization of electrical, chemical, and mechanical systems and equipment used in services (according to your field of expertise). * Perform failure diagnostics, analyses, and propose improvements to technical processes. * Monitor the execution of installation, maintenance, and optimization services, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, safety standards, and deadlines. * Prepare technical reports and documentation of completed services. * Support the management and monitoring of the company’s service contracts, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards. * Assist in mobilizing and demobilizing teams and resources for services. * Assist in measuring completed services and prepare progress reports for the management team. * Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and safe fulfillment of contract expectations and requirements. * Monitor and support administrative routines related to the team, such as vacation tracking, work schedules, and employee record updates. * Contribute to implementing team integration and development processes, aiming for continuous improvement and alignment with company goals. * Assist in meeting the needs of internal clients (company teams) and external clients (customers and suppliers), ensuring effective relationships and clear, objective communication. * Support resolving questions and issues related to provided services, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality. * Monitor and ensure service quality delivered to customers, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Participate in meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions within contracts. * Support identifying business opportunities within existing contracts and ongoing projects, recognizing new demands for RTT’s services or products. * Contribute to gathering data and information for creating commercial proposals and presentations for new business. * Analyze and suggest technical solutions that meet the company's commercial needs, always aligned with RTT’s strategic vision. * Perform assigned job duties with awareness and contribution toward continuous process improvement and application of all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment; Requirements: **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering completed between January 2023 and December 2024, or expected completion by December 2025. ### **OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR:** Any state in Brazil ### **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary and benefits **POSITIVE OPPORTUNITY ALSO FOR PCD.** **Join RTT, become part of the fastest-growing team in Brazil!** **Apply now!**
