Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, controlling, and picking orders, ensuring accuracy of records and product integrity, contributing to warehouse operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of product expiration dates and conditions **Ensure organization, control, and order picking while maintaining record accuracy, product integrity, and validity, thereby contributing to warehouse operational efficiency and process agility.** **1\.** **Receiving and inspection of goods (Receive and inspect delivered goods, verifying compliance with purchase orders and confirming their good condition.)** **2\.** **Maintain ER inventory and shelves organized and aligned with the PEPS system (first in, first out);** **3\.** **Supply management, maintenance, repairs, and disposal;** **4\.** **Perform order picking;** **5\.** **Monitor and manage potential interpersonal issues, task performance, and productivity;** **6\.** **Participate in inventory execution;** **7\.** **Communicate and ensure understanding of franchise rules and regulations;** **8\.** **Ensure the workplace remains clean and organized, minimizing accident risks;** **9\.** **Monitor product expiration dates and conditions, reporting damaged or expired items to the inventory supervisor;** **10\.** **Collaborate with other departments.** **11\.** **Conduct Beauty University training sessions**
