Customer Support Assistant I INTRODUCTION: The Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for serving our customers quickly and efficiently, ensuring the best experience while using our platform. The role will primarily focus on chat support (Intercom), managing multiple simultaneous conversations, as well as providing phone support. WHAT YOU WILL DO:* Assist customers via chat and phone, clarifying questions and solving issues; * Provide guidance on platform usage and best practices; * Forward requests to responsible teams when necessary; * Collaborate with other support teams to ensure complete case resolution; * Contribute to continuous service improvement by recording relevant information and suggesting enhancements; * Ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to grammar rules; * Empathy and customer focus, understanding client needs; * Ability to analyze information, identify solutions, and make quick decisions; * Organizational skills to handle multiple simultaneous interactions; * Proficiency in office tools (intermediate level) and communication platforms such as CRM, WhatsApp Business, Intercom, TeamViewer (desirable). WHAT WILL BE A DIFFERENTIAL:* Previous experience in customer support or related fields; * Knowledge of the fitness industry; * Intermediate Spanish and English language skills.
