###### **Matupá, MT****The company accepts applications from any city in Brazil** ###### **Supervision/** **Coordination** ###### **To be determined** ###### **CLT Employment Regime** **Job Details** -------------------- Responsible for coordinating the operational transportation team at Amaggi, including driver management, fleet physical availability, transportation cost management, control and management of third parties, incidents and insurance, aiming to meet logistical planning efficiently, reducing operational costs with safety and respecting internal policies and current legislation. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education Level** Bachelor's degree (in progress) ### **Other Requirements** 1\. Coordinate transportation operations such as cargo loading, transshipment, and unloading, working in an integrated manner with operations, terminals and ports, loading points, and other support areas, aiming to meet deadlines. 2\. Analyze route alternatives aiming to reduce costs, distances, transportation time, and/or losses, in order to minimize logistics impacts on the final product cost. 3\. Plan and coordinate fleet activities, assigning drivers to trucks and monitoring drivers daily, providing training on workplace safety and internal courses, aiming at team development and operational effectiveness. 4\. Monitor cost and supplier management regarding fueling, tracking devices, and general automotive service providers. 5\. Ensure the physical availability of the road fleet by supervising the third-party company on preventive and predictive maintenance plans, as well as arranging corrective repairs. 6\. Develop indicators and identify process improvements to meet service deadlines and quality standards. 7\. Control traffic fine management, handle incident clearance with transit authorities, third parties, and drivers, and record transit losses. 8\. Contribute to and assist in the preparation of the annual budget by providing information on operational costs, investment needs, monthly movement volume, and past experiences, as well as ensuring compliance with the approved budget. 9\.
