Job Summary: The professional will assist in the maintenance of machines and equipment, performing repairs on electrical, electronic, and pneumatic circuits, as well as analyzing processes and automation systems. Process analysis and maintenance of automation systems **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Assist in the maintenance of machines and equipment according to required technical standards; * Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical, electronic, and pneumatic instrumentation, automation, and IT circuits; * Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and logic diagrams; * Maintain electric motors and MCCs, including direct-on-line starters, soft starters, and frequency inverters (Danfoss); * Calibrate certified equipment; maintain and calibrate positioners, transmitters, and control valves; * Analyze processes; maintain control interlocks; test control loops; * Knowledge of DCS\-PCS7 Siemens supervisory systems, Profibus PA networks, AS'i networks, and ProfiNet; * Design of pneumatic circuits; basic maintenance of communication networks and automation systems using Siemens PLCs and other manufacturers’ PLCs; maintenance of power electrical installations. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Mechanics or related fields; * Solid experience in the role of Instrumentation Technician. * Experience in a Bovine Refrigeration Plant is an advantage. **Benefits:** Multi-benefit card, Dental Plan, Performance Bonus, On-site Meals, Life Insurance, Transportation, Meal Voucher
