**Published at November 2025** Campinas/SP Work model Remote Contract model CLT Person with disability **We are looking for a Senior Project Analyst to join our Projects team to:** Participate in internal and external meetings with clients* ; Organize project demands according to the defined process, using PMBOK best practices and agile methodologies* ; Manage requests and activities not planned within projects* ; Perform operational project management tasks* ; Manage accounts for national and international client projects* ; Monitor project milestone meetings and activities* ; Track project KPIs* ; Ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures* ; Conduct periodic project reviews* ; Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders* ; Suggest improvements in project management and execution processes* ; Lead risk assessments and mitigation management* ; Manage and plan billing milestones (revenue assurance)* ; Train and support the project team* . **We believe it is important that you have had some prior experience and possess the following knowledge:** Completed degree in IT or related field* ; At least two years of experience leading projects with direct client interaction* ; Solid knowledge of MS Projects, Excel, Schedules* ; Knowledge of PMBOK/Scrum/Kanban* ; Advanced Spanish* . **It will be a great advantage if you have:** Knowledge in Jira* ; Knowledge in Power BI* ; Intermediate English* ; Experience with products or concepts related to payment methods* . **What do we offer?** HST is a GPTW certified company!
