What you will do As a Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting tax and billing processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations. Your main responsibilities include: * Review and analyze tax records. * Calculate indirect and withheld taxes (IPI, ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRRF, CSLL) and new taxes (IBS, CBS). * Perform accounting reconciliations for calculated taxes. * Deliver ancillary obligations such as GIA\-ST, SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, DCTF\-WEB, REINF, MIT, PERDCOMP, among others. * Manage payment slips for federal, state, and municipal taxes. * Monitor notifications via E\-CAC and DEC, making appropriate follow-ups. * Organize documents for audits and accounting reviews. * Support fiscal and financial area projects. * Provide support to internal and external clients on tax inquiries. * Assist the billing team and internal/external audit when necessary. * Contribute to the implementation of tax reform. ?? What you bring **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed or near completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Financial Management, or Accounting Sciences. * Up-to-date knowledge of tax reform. * Experience with Totvs – Protheus system. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Basic English proficiency. * Proficiency in Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Preferred qualifications:** * Previous experience in multinational companies or environments undergoing digital transformation. * Proactiveness and strong communication skills across different departments. ??
