Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring occupational health and safety on construction sites, managing documentation, training, and inspections. Key Highlights: 1. Promote workplace safety and hygiene with a focus on ZERO accidents. 2. Investigate accidents and implement preventive measures. 3. Monitor and provide documentation for occupational safety. **DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED:** .Maintain the company and clients informed about construction progress via phone or WhatsApp. .Prepare photographic reports on occupational health and safety (OHS) and daily construction logs for work fronts via online platform. .Promote dissemination of safety and hygiene notices and regulations to raise employee awareness and foster accident prevention habits, aiming for ZERO accidents. .Investigate and identify causes of workplace accidents to implement preventive measures. .Inspect safety and fire-fighting equipment, ensuring proper functionality and taking appropriate actions to ensure workplace safety. .Identify, define, control, and monitor the need for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for company employees and request third-party compliance. .Carry out treatment and disposal of waste materials generated at the worksite, ensuring correct final disposal. .Monitor and provide all documentation and procedures related to workplace accidents occurring within the company. .Assist in completing workplace accident records and Accident Communication Forms (CAT) in case of accidents. .Prepare various reports related to the scope of responsibilities to support management decision-making. .Verify legal documents of contractors and service providers in general, performing necessary actions to enable safe execution of activities while preserving required standards. .Remain updated on trends and technological innovations in the field and departmental/sector needs. .Monitor subcontractors and service providers performing activities within client premises. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** .Be responsible for the occupational health and safety of direct employees and/or third-party personnel contracted by the client for construction projects. .Be responsible for the correct and appropriate use of PPE by employees. .Be responsible for daily completion of the DDSSMA (Daily Safety, Health, Environment, Security, and Quality Checklist) and all other related documentation. .Be responsible for delivering necessary safety training to workers for their assigned tasks. .Be responsible for supervising workplace safety conditions across all construction site activities. .Be responsible for preparing and updating documentation at work fronts. .Be responsible for verifying the legal documentation of service providers. **REQUIREMENTS:** .Completed technical course in Occupational Safety and registration with the competent professional body (MTE). .Minimum of 2 years’ experience in civil construction, building installations, or industrial installations is desirable. Experience in developing and validating Risk Analysis (APR), Safe Work Procedures (PT), and procedures for working at heights, excavation, etc., is desirable. Computer literacy. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS:** .Experience with photovoltaic power plants and/or electrical services. **TEMPORARY CONTRACT FORMAT.** Employment type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.824,09 - R$3.356,26 per month Work location: On-site
