Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing and operating mineral processing systems at the plant, ensuring proper operation, cleaning, and monitoring of equipment and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Operate the mineral processing system 2. Monitor and adjust operational parameters 3. Maintain machines and equipment in safe condition Prepare machines, equipment, and materials for the plant's mineral processing operations. Supervise all activities in the mineral processing operations according to established procedures and comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the mineral processing system strictly adhering to all procedures; * Analyze operational parameters. * Ensure scale cleanliness, walkway areas, proper installation of conveyor belt guards, and safety compliance of moving parts; * Verify that all equipment—including feeders, grizzlies, hoists, scrapers, aligning rollers, and crushers—is fully functional. * Monitor flotation operational parameters, as well as feed particle size distribution and pH; * Understand, monitor, and adjust operational parameters across the mineral processing plant (Grinding, Crushing, Intensive Leaching, Carbon-in-Leach (CIL), Sampling). * Inspect mineral processing machinery and equipment. * Request maintenance for machinery and equipment. * Feed all mineral processing systems. * Control ore particle size. * Monitor production capacity. * Analyze production orders. * Control raw material inflow and outflow. * Clean machinery and equipment prior to maintenance. * Adjust machinery and equipment as required; * Maintain machinery and equipment in safe operating condition; * Identify bottlenecks during production. * Clean walkways and platforms; * Provide support to other operational areas **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Experience and knowledge in Plant Mineral Processing—Grinding, Crushing, Intensive Leaching, CIL, Sampling. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Driver’s License Category B **Additional Information** * Meals provided at the company * Company transportation * Life insurance * Health plan * Dental plan * Meal allowance * Housing allowance * Christmas basket * Childcare allowance * Occupational Risk Prevention Program (PRL) At P.A.
