Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst - Pleno to study the computerization of company processes and procedures and identify solutions involving system development, implementation, and maintenance. Integrate data from diverse sources We are seeking a Systems Analyst - Pleno who will study the computerization of company processes and procedures and identify the most suitable solutions, involving the development, implementation, and maintenance of proprietary systems, as well as the analysis, evaluation, installation, and maintenance of acquired systems and software—ensuring the provision of necessary information resources for company operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI; * Perform data modeling, processing, and transformation (ETL); * Create and optimize DAX measures and calculations; * Integrate data from diverse sources (ERP, databases, spreadsheets, APIs); * Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance; * Support business areas in defining KPIs and strategic indicators; * Automate reports and data update routines; * Document data models, rules, and indicators; * Analyze trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities based on data. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed undergraduate degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. **Specific Knowledge** * Experience with Power BI; * Solid knowledge of DAX; * Experience with Power Query (M); * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience handling large volumes of data; * Experience in transportation, logistics, or operations; * Knowledge of data governance; * Experience with API-based integrations; * Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis. **Additional Information** * On-site meals; * Food basket; * Gas allowance; * Meal allowance; * PPR – Profit Sharing Program; * Health plan (Unimed, 50% employer-paid); * Career and salary framework; * Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); * Day Off; * Love package. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
