###### **Matupá, MT****The company accepts applications from Matupá and nearby cities** ###### **Assistant/** **Operational** ###### **To be determined** ###### **CLT employment regime** **Job Details** -------------------- Responsible for ensuring, planning, and overseeing the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on the unit's trucks, conducting prior assessment of services, verifying technical standards and specifications, training and developing the team, aiming to meet the annual schedule and established maintenance deadlines, optimizing available resources and reducing costs in the processes performed. Ensure electrical, mechanical, welding, machining, and tire repair maintenance activities for the unit’s equipment and vehicles, distributing tasks and monitoring their execution to maximize availability. Provide support and guidance to drivers regarding maintenance issues, offering assistance with activities both on-site and off-site when necessary. Perform administrative support tasks related to maintenance, such as opening service orders, completing truck checklists, and creating and maintaining service reports. Monitor external repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with company specifications. Perform technical tasks related to prevention, correction, and maintenance of machines, engines, and other mechanical equipment, guided by drawings, diagrams, technical standards and specifications, using appropriate tools and methods, aiming at the development of assembly, maintenance, and repair of such equipment. Monitor the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and compliance with internal Occupational Health and Safety regulations, aiming to reduce workplace accident risks. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education** Ongoing Professional High School Education ### **Other Requirements** Experience: Over 1 year Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Qualification: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields.
