Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and controlling mineral processing activities, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met, optimizing processes, and managing teams. Key Highlights: 1. Technical training of teams and performance indicator management Responsible for organizing and controlling mineral processing activities—including crushing, grinding, thickening, leaching, detoxification, elution, electrowinning, reagent preparation, process laboratory, chemical laboratory, and tailings dam—to contribute to achieving operational productivity and quality targets. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure workplace safety by participating in Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) with the team, discussing safe behaviors to be observed during task execution. * Ensure achievement of quality and productivity targets in mineral processing by providing on-site supervision and guidance to the team on task execution and equipment operation. * Optimize reagent consumption in the plant and define mineral processing routes. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mineral processing plant by guiding operators and the contractor’s support team. * Seek cost reductions in the area by developing new suppliers, conducting tests with new inputs, identifying opportunities, and implementing feasible improvements. * Ensure accuracy in sample collection from all process stages to guarantee proper sampling techniques, ensuring results reliably represent the process. * Enhance team technical capabilities by preparing materials and delivering training and refresher courses. * Comply with quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards regarding safe and correct task execution to prevent accidents and environmental impacts. * Review analytical results generated by the team using predefined parameters and verify trends in the results. * Keep the manager continuously informed of periodic team performance by analyzing area indicators, preparing, and presenting performance reports. * Analyze parameters obtained across the entire process and take appropriate corrective actions. * Control plant costs to remain within budget; analyze deviations and propose improvements when they occur. * Maintain building infrastructure by ensuring appropriate preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Ensure full compliance with quality control (QA/QC) requirements. * Ensure operations preserve team integrity and safety; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Mining, Process Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in this role. * Valid CFT (Certified Firefighter Training); * Knowledge of planning and control of mineral processing plants; * Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures; * Experience leading operational teams; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Driver's license Category B. **Additional Information** * Chartered transportation * On-site meals * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Meal allowance * Christmas bonus * Childcare allowance * Housing allowance * PPR (Profit Sharing Plan) At P.A.
