As a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, managing, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities; managing resources and materials allocated for service execution; ensuring fleet availability, reliability, and safety; leading technical teams; monitoring performance indicators; and ensuring implementation of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise preventive, predictive, proactive, lubrication, and proactive maintenance activities through the maintenance plan, aiming to keep equipment in proper working condition. * Manage human and material resources assigned to mechanical maintenance services through appropriate adherence to weekly schedules. * Ensure compliance with weekly mechanical maintenance service schedules, distribution of scheduled items, and daily tracking of labor allocation—aiming to meet scheduling targets and ensure work quality. * Manage mechanical workshop maintenance costs within budget. * Conduct team performance evaluations and present results. * Guarantee execution of maintenance plans according to safety, quality, and productivity standards. * Monitor maintenance performance indicators. * Manage vacation and leave scheduling. * Coordinate technical teams and administer resources (materials, tools, and labor). * Provide technical support to the team in resolving critical failures and performing root cause analysis. * Monitor necessary technical and regulatory training for the team. * Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields (a degree in Engineering is an advantage); * Solid experience supervising HME maintenance; * Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, embedded electronic systems, and diesel engines; * Experience leading operational teams; * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Driver’s license Category B. **Additional Benefits** * Chartered transportation * On-site meals * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Food allowance * Christmas basket * Childcare assistance * Housing allowance * PPR (Profit Sharing Plan) At P.A.
