




Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing expenses, controlling contracts, planning and scheduling production and maintenance activities, as well as developing plans and reports. Production and maintenance planning, control, and scheduling The professional will be responsible for analyzing and consolidating the company's expenses to validate periodic results, as well as monitoring compliance with commercial contracts, controlling penalties, discounts, and other incidents. Additionally, they will plan, control, and schedule production and maintenance services for machinery and equipment, managing supply control—including raw materials and other inputs. Furthermore, they will handle technical information in records and prepare control charts and reports. * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans based on failure analysis and performance indicators; * Schedule, generate Service Orders (SOs), and monitor maintenance activities according to operational needs; * Monitor maintenance team performance to ensure execution of established plans; * Prepare maintenance reports; * Analyze and optimize processes to reduce costs and increase equipment availability; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient integration of maintenance processes. **Prerequisites** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (preferred) * Minimum of 12 months of experience in the field * Intermediate English proficiency (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel skills (preferred) * Knowledge in the following areas: + Experience in this role + People management + Conflict management + Building maintenance + Mechanical and electrical skills
