The professional will be primarily responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents, directly addressing root causes and proposing continuous improvements. They will ensure proper system functionality by resolving incidents and implementing corrective improvements swiftly and effectively. **Your Responsibilities:** Diagnose and resolve production bugs and critical incidents with urgency. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of complex issues, proposing definitive solutions—not merely temporary fixes. Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Daily Standup, Planning, Kanban) for demand management. Ensure code quality in fixes (test coverage, best practices). Maintain up-to-date technical documentation regarding incidents and applied solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related field. * Proven expertise in backend development with Laravel. * Experience in frontend development with Vue.js. * Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including query analysis and optimization. * Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Miro, Confluence). * Practical experience with agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean, XP). * Technical English proficiency for reading and communication with international teams. **Nice-to-Haves:** Knowledge of quality practices (CI/CD, automated testing). Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Sentry, New Relic). Understanding of software architecture and microservices. Experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, RDS). Knowledge of Kubernetes and containers (Docker). Technical certifications (Laravel, AWS).
