Interact with related departments and partners We seek individuals who enjoy taking on challenges. * Verifies information in the service order before assigning teams. * Assigns activities to field teams (internal or partner) while verifying their area of operation. * Monitors field team activities (internal or partner). * Controls and completes technical capacity spreadsheets for installations. * Provides support to field teams (internal or partner) via the service platform or corporate phone. * Contacts customers by phone or via the service platform to schedule or provide information about contracted services. * Interacts with related departments via the service platform. * Contacts partner company representatives to discuss installation or repair matters. * Guides and assigns field inspectors to oversee installations. * Records performed or non-performed activities in the service order. * Controls and verifies installation standardization after service closure, through photo review, service order interaction, and signature of the responsible supervisor.
