What You’ll Do Daily: * Serve delinquent customers to regularize and negotiate outstanding matters extrajudicially; * Monitor and manage service flow, ensuring an efficient and humane approach; * Update customer service systems and management tools to maintain organized processes. What We Expect From You: * Clear and persuasive communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customer profiles; * Ability to adapt to various negotiation scenarios in credit recovery; * Strong writing skills, with experience drafting clear, structured, and strategic documents. * Dynamic and analytical mindset consistently seeking efficient solutions.
