OPERATIONAL MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Job Summary: Responsible for maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and organization at facilities, equipment, installations, and vehicles of Cervejaria Charada. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities. 2. Organization and transportation of products and materials. 3. Multifunctional support in cleaning and maintenance of pubs. Job Responsibilities: 1\. Follow Cervejaria Charada’s safety, hygiene, and quality standards; 2\. Perform maintenance, repair, cleaning, and restoration services at Cervejaria Charada units; 3\. Inspect, repair, and ensure proper operation of Cervejaria Charada equipment; 4\. Inspect, repair, and ensure proper operation of pub electrical installations — lighting, outlets, switches, and others; 5\. Inspect, repair, and ensure proper operation of pub plumbing installations — sinks, faucets, toilets, grease traps, and others; 6\. Inspect, repair, and ensure proper condition of pub buildings and furniture — masonry, flooring, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and others; 7\. Perform cleaning and maintenance of Cervejaria Charada vehicles; 8\. Report to the immediate supervisor, whenever necessary, the need to hire specialized technical service providers for specific repairs and maintenance; 9\. Procure and transport products or supplies to Cervejaria Charada units; 10\. Transport and relocate products, items, tools, and general machinery; 11\. Organize and maintain optimal organization of equipment and/or products in physical spaces, on shelves, racks, pallets, containers, and equipment, etc.; 12\. Complete routine activity checklists; 13\. Daily complete the Maintenance History Log, documenting performed activities; Transport and relocate products or supplies; Ensure waste is properly collected, packaged, and disposed of; Perform cleaning, hygiene, and maintenance of Cervejaria Charada pubs; Follow instructions and perform workplace cleaning, hygiene, and safety; Replace and install damaged parts and/or components of equipment; Perform maintenance in premises, storage areas, and equipment; Assist with other maintenance and cleaning tasks as requested; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: Starting from R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
