Job Summary: Responsible for executing, under supervision, the structural assembly and installation of machines and equipment, performing adjustments, calibrations, balancing, repairs, component replacements, and lubrication. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and adjustment of machines and equipment according to technical drawings. 2. Conducting technical inspections and disassembly of drums. 3. Orienting new employees and updating them on area processes. **Brief Description:** Responsible for executing, under supervision, the structural assembly and installation of machines and equipment, performing adjustments, calibrations, balancing, repairs, component replacements, and relevant lubrication. **Job Responsibilities:** * Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications relevant to task execution. * Assemble, adjust, or disassemble components, structures, drums, machines, and equipment under supervision, following technical drawings and Production Orders, using appropriate measuring instruments and tools. * Conduct technical inspections and disassembly of drums. * Assist in conducting functional tests of equipment according to technical specifications. * Ensure quality, reliability, and confidentiality of information and services under their responsibility. * Accurately record activity progress as directed by leadership. * Maintain company assets and ensure workplace organization and cleanliness. * Comply with safety and environmental protection regulations, and participate in internal programs. * Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and training related to the job. * Orient new employees on procedures and correct equipment operation. * Stay updated on new area processes and procedures. * Perform tasks in accordance with management system guidelines and work instructions. * Inspect material quality prior to initiating the production process, reporting any irregularities. * Operate gantry or semi-gantry cranes only if trained and certified per internal standards.
