Position Mission: As Assistant Controller, you will play a key role within the controller function, supporting the Business Controller in ensuring the accuracy and quality of financial information. Your work will contribute to detailed analysis, efficient closing processes, and support for strategic decision-making aligned with applicable accounting standards—particularly IFRS principles. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct detailed analysis of financial results and balance sheets, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards. * Analyze project and initiative profitability, delivering insights for financial optimization. * Coordinate the monthly accounting close process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports. * Act as a strategic partner, providing analytical support during decision-making meetings. * Supervise and ensure the accuracy of balance sheet account reconciliations. * Prepare comprehensive and clear management reports for internal leadership use. * Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports. * Manage and coordinate the budgeting process, forecasting, and business plan development. * Ensure application of the principles defined by the corporate culture "The Way", promoting ethics and governance. * Stay updated on direct and indirect tax regulations impacting the finance function. * Lead and develop the controller team, promoting collaborative environments and results focus. * Develop and enhance controller function processes and procedures, pursuing continuous efficiency. * Perform other related activities to ensure operational excellence. Required Qualifications and Competencies: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with a strong technical foundation. * Advanced proficiency in English for communication and documentation. * In-depth knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and related practices. * Passion for the finance function and focus on satisfying internal and external customers. * Proven self-management, planning, and effective time-organization skills. * Ability to take initiative and proactively resolve challenges. * Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative relationships within cross-functional teams. * Motivation to achieve meaningful results and drive continuous improvement. **Interested?
